This class focuses on cardiovascular, low-impact exercise with easy-to-follow, fun, upbeat dance choreography that keeps participants moving in an effort to raise their heartbeat. This class is a lot of fun while giving you a great workout! All levels are welcome!
All classes are FREE for members and $15 /session for non-members.
