This class will focus on breath and movement throughout our yoga practice to create more harmony between the ever changing moving qualities of the body as a whole system for optimal health and clarity. Through the combination of a healthy yoga practice and a holistic approach to the mind and body, we can offer ourselves a balanced sense of well-being and of our yoga mats.
