An event every week that begins at 5:45 am on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
This class will be divided into 15 minute intervals of cardio on a spin bike alternating with strength exercises using yoga balls, kettlebells, hand weights, steps, and anything we she can find! It is a great full-body workout to get your day started! FREE for members, $15 for drop-ins. Bring a friend!
