Personal-Training-Individual-Session

Personal training at Baystate Fitness includes

  • A complementary 30-minute consultation with a certified trainer
  • Review cardio and strength equipment based on your individual fitness goals
  • Health History assessment
  • Your second appointment is then scheduled as needed

Children as young as 14 years old are eligible

Baystate Fitness Trainer Melanie

Melanie

ACE and Fitness Nutrition certified. Melanie is currently studying for her certification in Corrective Exercise. Melanie has an online fitness background, coaching over 200 clients nationwide. She specializes in resistance training in a one-on-one and semi-private setting.

Quinn Headshot

Quinn

A former defensive lineman for Springfield College, where he earned Defensive Conference PtY, Quinn is a Certified Functional Strength Coach with a B.S. in Movement in Sports Studies. Quinn currently trains the Scituate High School Football and Volleyball Teams.

Baystate Fitness Trainer Molly

Molly

NASM-certified Trainer Molly is talented and passionate. Her resume includes specialized training in TRX, Mat Pilates, Spin, Group Fitness, Group Strength Training, Balance, and Stretching. She offers small group training, personal training, and some new training challenges!

Baystate fitness personal trainter Troy

Troy

NASM-certified with an extensive hockey background playing in the USPHL, NCDC, and EHL, Troy is the Boston Bruins Assistant Strength Coach and studying to become a certified Nutritionist. Troy also works with our Youth Sports Performance Training Program.

Megan, a NASM-certified trainer, is passionate about helping people feel strong, healthy, and confident. With a background as an athlete, she specializes in running, strength training, and barre and creates challenging, energetic, and effective fitness programs for her clients.
