Personal-Training-Individual-Session

Personal training at Baystate Fitness includes

  • A complementary 30-minute consultation with a certified trainer
  • Review cardio and strength equipment based on your individual fitness goals
  • Health History assessment
  • Your second appointment is then scheduled as needed

Children as young as 14 years old are eligible

Quinn

A former defensive lineman for Springfield College, where he earned Defensive Conference PtY, Quinn is a Certified Functional Strength Coach with a B.S. in Movement in Sports Studies. Quinn currently trains the Scituate High School Football and Volleyball Teams.

Baystate fitness personal trainter Troy

Troy

NASM-certified with an extensive hockey background playing in the USPHL, NCDC, and EHL, Troy has experience training with professional hockey teams, and is studying to become a certified Nutritionist. Troy also works with our Youth Sports Performance Training Program.

A former college volleyball and lacrosse player turned trainer, Haley blends athletic experience with a deep understanding of mobility, hormones, and functional strength. Her training style is energetic, empathetic and strategic — designed to help clients of all levels feel their best, push their limits, and have fun doing it.

Nick is an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer who specializes in strength training, functional fitness, and helping clients build healthy, sustainable habits. His coaching style is supportive, approachable, and results driven – designed to help clients improve strength, stability, balance, and overall quality of life at every state of their fitness journey.
