Sports Performance Training

Athletes serious about their sport understand that ongoing training is necessary to maximize their on-field performance and minimize their susceptibility to injury. Baystate Fitness Sports Performance now offers a customized training program for our community’s young athletes. Our NASM-certified trainers carefully coach proper form and technique with all athletes to help avoid injuries. Athletes are challenged with each workout to gain strength, power, agility, endurance, and confidence. With measured results, our young athletes are trained and coached to help them get the most out of their sport.

Offered in 3 Age Groups

Preteen (4th-6th grade)

Preteen performance training teaches young athletes the importance of learning body awareness, flexibility, control, and how to generate power through different movements. Our world-class certified trainers will emphasize proper technique and help build our athlete’s confidence.

Middle School (7th-8th grade)

Our middle school performance training program will continue to instruct proper form and technique while introducing more advanced movements and training at a higher level. Our athletes will have goals to work towards while training in small groups. Our athletes will continue to build confidence as they prepare for the next level.

High School (9-12th grade)

The high school level is our advanced training that will focus on speed, agility, accuracy, and strength. Our athletes will be challenged with every workout and create personal goals to work towards.
