Spinning with Beth

This class combines the use of stationary bikes as well as strength equipment such as yoga balls, kettlebells, and hand weights to provide you with a full cardio and strength workout. It is 1 hour divided into 15-minute intervals alternating strength exercises and bikes. You will leave class having burned calories and feeling stronger, ready to start your day! Bring a friend!

All classes are FREE for members and $15 /session for non-members.
