• Total Body with Crystal

    Total Body is a 60 minute workout consisting of 30 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of weight training and plyometrics closing out with 10 minutes of stretching. Each week the workout will change up modalities. All levels welcome.

  • Yoga Flow with Crystal

    Come restore and unwind from your week with this 45 minute class. Through gentle postures and breath work, you will release tension, cultivate inner peace, and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Open to all levels!

  • Barre with Emily

    Barre is a whole-body workout based on movements derived from classical ballet. It engages muscles you don't normally target, including those deep within your body that typical gym moves like lunges and situps do not normally activate.

  • Spin with Beth Y & Beth K

    SPIN. This class uses the stationary bikes to provide a cardio and strength full body workout with low impact to the body. The music will be upbeat and high tempo and help you burn your maximum calories. Be ready for an adrenaline and an injection of endorphins leaving you ready to conquer the day.

  • Bootcamp with Liz

    This class will give you a 45-minute, high-intensity workout designed to strengthen the heart and all muscle groups. You will leave this class feeling strong and ready to accomplish the day.
