  • Spin & Weights Bootcamp with Beth

    This class combines the use of stationary bikes as well as strength equipment such as yoga balls, kettle bells, hand weights to provide you with a full cardio and strength workout. It is 1 hour divided into 15 minute intervals alternating strength exercises and bikes.
