Yoga Flow w/ Michelle

This yoga flow class is designed to help you connect with your breath, your intention, and align your mind/body for optimal balance and well-being. In this class, you will explore a variety of yoga postures and breathing techniques while also providing you with the freedom to practice in a way that feels authentic to you. With alignment cues to help you move mindfully and safely through each pose and moments of stillness and reflection to cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, this class offers the perfect blend of structure and freedom. By the end of the class, you will feel more grounded, centered, and balanced, with a deeper connection to your body, breath, and intention.
All classes are FREE for members and $20 /session for non-members.
