Kettlebell Demo with certified trainer Roisin

Back training room @ 10am and 11am

Experience a Kettlebell demonstration and intro session by a Russian Kettlebell certified trainer. See why a kettlebell is a great tool for full body strength, mobility & conditioning, and learn a few moves!

Limit 8 people per session.

Main training floor 30 min sessions from 10am-12pm

Meet with our certified personal trainer, Cary, to learn the ins and outs of our machines, including Nautilus and some of our brand-new equipment.

Limit 6 spots for each session.

Yoga Fusion with Crystal

Studio @ 11am

A Yin-Yang Yoga Fusion- Find balance and harmony in body and mind with this Yin-Yang Fusion Class. This dynamic 60-minute class combines the energizing flow of yang poses with the grounding stillness of yin poses, creating a holistic practice that nurtures strength, flexibility, and inner peace. This class is suitable for all levels!

Barre Fusion with and Intro to Pound Fitness

Studio @ 12pm

Barre Fusion is an energetic full-body workout! A ballet-inspired class using precise small movements of plyometrics, light weights, and stretching to strengthen and sculpt your muscles. All levels are welcome!

Cardio Muscle Mix with Renee

Studio @ 1pm

This class is a high-energy, total-body workout welcoming all fitness levels. It combines cardio, steps, and core conditioning. This class is designed to build strength, cardio fitness, and flexibility, all while having fun!
